For me, the equestrian world is more than just a passion; it's a means to recharge and enhance my success. Living in the countryside and engaging in simple rural activities—like taking a short walk, enjoying coffee on the front porch, or going for a brief ride in the rain—provides the energy I need to complete my work and the inspiration to revisit old problems with a fresh perspective.

Understanding the Equestrian Role for Me

In today's fast-paced world, many individuals seek solace and grounding techniques to balance their lives. For me, the answer lies within my thriving business that beautifully intertwines her love for nature, horses, coffee, and animals.

Embracing Nature

Every morning, I start with a cup of coffee from my bedside keurig, a cuddle with my dog and a short little walk to my front porch. We always begin our day (my dog "Cloud" and I) by stepping outside to connect with the natural world. The fresh air and the sounds of chirping birds provide a sense of peace and clarity. This connection to nature fuels my creativity and inspires her business decisions.

The Role of Horses

Horses play a significant role in my life. I believe that spending time with these majestic animals offers therapeutic benefits. Whether she is I'm riding, grooming, or simply observing them in the pasture, horses help me find balance and tranquility. They serve as a reminder of the importance of patience and understanding in both my personal and professional life.

Coffee as a Ritual

Coffee is more than just a beverage for me; it is a ritual that grounds me each morning. This moment of mindfulness allows me to reflect on my goals and intentions before diving into the demands of running my business, teaching for the university I work for, talking to my associates and helping them with their own career goals etc.

Building a Community

Through my business, classes and pets I enjoy the lifestyle I always longed for, the community and passion I care most about and the peacefulness from aligning myself with the things that matter the most to me.
